Exclusive painting & gastronomic retreat

Idyllic secret location in heart of the Dorset countryside

Thursday 15th - Saturday 17th August

I would like to invite you to an exclusive stay at a secret location in the idyllic Dorset countryside, 15-17th August.

Escape the hustle & bustle and spend 3 days painting with me, stalking & eating heavenly food on a stunning rare breeds farm that encapsulates the true meaning of a retreat. This is well-being at its natural best!

  • Arrive Thursday afternoon in time for tea in the rose garden in full bloom, greeted by the fascinating and charismatic owners.

  • Spend two nights in one of five elegant double bedrooms in the stunning, recently renovated farmhouse where no detail has been overlooked, and authenticity & local materials are at its heart.

  • Take painting classes with me, Daisy Rogers, on Friday and Saturday mornings, (more if you would like, at an extra cost), capturing a slice of this magical corner of Dorset on canvas. No experience is necessary and all materials will be provided, or you can bring your own as you prefer.

  • Eat the most heavenly food at breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, sampling the wonderful meats from the rare breeds farm itself.

  • Why not play a game of croquet on the lawn with a G&T in hand, whilst soaking in the 19 mile view.

  • Take a tour around the rare breeds farm that celebrates the best of ancient livestock.

  • If painting isn't your thing, roebuck stalking can be arranged on the estate, or if you can tear yourself away from the views, retire to the Art Deco billiard room, to play on James Hunt's billiard table.

This truly is an unmissable opportunity to reconnect with the best of nature and decompress from the demands of daily life.

Enjoy being surrounded by beauty, entertained by great company and leave mid-afternoon on Saturday with creative and gastronomic appetites replete!

From £760 per couple, excluding alcoholic drinks, extra painting classes and stalking. Contact me to find out more and snap up your spot.

All profits from the painting element of your booking will go to West Hampshire School of Art to fund free places for disadvantaged children on our holiday workshops.
